We are looking to hire a Mental Health Professional to work in our 6-bed residential facility for adults with mental illness.

The job of the Mental Health Professional is to provide care and supervision to our clients, to oversee the daily program schedule and to ensure that resident's needs are met as they work towards stability and greater independence.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work directly under Program Manager to ensure the safety of all clients Assist in medication protocol Ensure that all staff are trained on emergency life support protocols Team player with a passion for helping individuals.
Coordination of Client transportation and assistance with client activities Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, clean client-focused treatment environment Maintain strict client confidentiality/HIPAA compliance Ensuring 100% client satisfaction with care Complete client charting on electronic healthcare software (KIPU) Adhere to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards Job Type:
