30am Beautiful, low stress 6-bed residential program for those suffering from mental health issues.
Must have some Mental Health/Psych experience.
Required:
CPR Certification Required Duties:
Ensure client safety.
Help with client accountability.
Ensure all vacant rooms are move in ready, and overall cleanliness of house and supplies are up to company standards.
Intake of new clients.
Collaborate with other staff members to identify issues clients are facing.
Problem solve and verbally de-escalate crisis situations and emergencies.
Conduct client rounds on a half-hourly basis and documentation on shift change report.
Read communication log at beginning of shift and complete summary of essential tasks performed during and by conclusion of shift.
Assist, teach and/or supervise clients with general household chores, and cleanliness.
Clean up as required.
